WHO WE ARE
THE GREAT COMMANDMENT
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: love your neighbor as yourself. (Mathew 22:37-39)
THE GREAT COMMISSION
Therefore go and make disciples in all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit and then teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you; and be sure of this-that I am with you always, even to the end of the world. (Mathew 28:19-20)
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
Individually and corporately ordering our lives to fulfill the Great Commission. We go to our own families, our communities and throughout the world to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Intimately conversing with our Father. We praise, confess, petition and thank; He blesses, forgives, leads and loves. We believe that prayer can move the hand of God; so we ask, seek, knock and pray without ceasing.
Training people to live, think and believe like Jesus as revealed in the Bible. Through loving relationships and sound biblical teaching, we challenge each other to become Christ-like in how we live, think and believe.
Providing an environment where we seek the presence of God to be experienced by all, praising and honoring God in all we do.
Cheerfully supporting God’s vision for Cedar Valley Community Church with the best of our time, talents and treasure.
